bed for emergencies
In the context of emergencies in Chile, a basic housing is provided by several governmental institutions: it's called "mediagua". With only 18 square meters, there's no space for a family of four or more, and they can't sleep properly or have the privacy they need as individuals.
Plegama comes to the rescue. It is a basic bed that folds into the wall and maximises the usable space in the "mediagua". Besides it includes a retractable membrane that allows the user to have the privacy they lack in such a small space in those circumstances.
I'ts made with an structure that grips into the wooden wall of the mediagua with special but simple mechanism specially designed and produced for plegama. It supports a weight of 100 kilograms and, used properly, can last between more than 5 years.
